A fabulous consignment boutique for ladies with great taste. We only consign the best brands and truly in like new condition.

How To Consign

Our inventory and accounting process is automated and a contract is drawn when you become a consignor, good for 90 days. Make sure to read our NO THANKS paragraph at the end of the page.

• We consign only items that are in perfect “like new” condition. We are extremely particular at Trendsetter’s Closet, LLC, in regard to the caliber of items we accept. In addition to better labels, clothes must be cleaned, wrinkle free, neatly folded or on hangers and fragrance free. Check for tears; soiled collars, cuffs, labels and underarms; missing or loose buttons; holes and general overall appearance.

• Please do not just empty your closet into our store. It takes time to go through each person’s clothes carefully and our appointments are scheduled in order to give each consignor the time we both need. We are not a “last call before recycling” store – we are an upscale consignment boutique designed to offer our consignors the best possible results when it comes to selling their items.

• Prices are established by us. It is our goal to make as much money as possible – both for the consignor and for us. The purpose of consigning is to clear your closet, so, let’s not have unrealistic expectations to sell the items close to what it is worth new. It is a standard procedure for the consignment/Resale industry to price items at 75% of the original value of the item when in immaculate condition. We, at Trendsetter’s Closet, LLC are committed to offer affordable clothing to budget conscious customers with upscale taste. We price items to keep our inventory moving rather then wait to the end of the consignment.

• Remember, at the end of the consignment period your items become the property of Trendsetter’s Closet, LLC. It is our policy to price items realistically to insure it moves quickly before the consignment period ends.

No thanks to items 18 months or older, bridal, formal wear, vintage clothing, business suits, strike or missing labels, discolored, stained. We do not look at items that are not freshly laundered or in garbage bags. Bring a basket, use hangers or carry in “folded” piles.
